Thank you for another great video, Tara! They're wonderful (& so is your smile)!
During the school year I did your beginner's yoga, home invasion, and weight loss & loved them (they helped keep me in shape:). I stopped for a while & today when I went to watch them to refresh myself, they were gone. Is it possible to see them again or is there a link to go to for them? It would be nice to have them. Thank you again for posting these & have a great day.

I love your relaxed limb extensions, this reminds me of what I've done in Pilates, which I took a semester of with a certified instructor in college. Thanks again Tara!

Thanks, this is just what I needed. I'm one of those people who concentrate on flexibility so much that I don't have enough strength I'm defintely going to try this!

Hey Tara, appreciate all your work. I had a question, why is it that some of the videos i bookmarked are now private? Like for instance, yoga for beginners, etc. Anyways, keep up all the good work.

damn thats nice
Do you have any recommendations to be able to get your abs in shape (like yours haha) to be able to hold those yoga positions for so long? Such as how to do a perfect crunch/sit up or anything like that. Thanks!

hey i did a video called Yoga For the Core that has some great exercises I picked up along the way for stomach. Check that out on Ford Model's page. Also a new favorite of mine is to lye flat on your back with feet straight in the air. Place a block in between your legs. Lower your legs to right above the ground on an exhale and raise your legs back up to 90 degrees on an inhale. Three sets of 20 are a great start!
