  • Poor form. Understand what curl means. Its not called bend over and touch the damn thing with your chin. If you did these they right way you would have good arms. Your arms are like your form POOR POOR POOR.

  • Why do people always complain about "form" and tell people to sit down and do curls and shit? I mean are you jealous because u can't even rep 15 kg 8 times? God..

  • @omfggoogle I'm with you, omfggoogle. Don't get me wrong, you're friend is "lifting the weights" but you need to keep your core still, in a stable, static position. The arm needs to come up and you need to bring it up so that there's about 6 inches from your anterior deltoid (shoulder muscle that connect to your chest). Then you need to bring the arm back down to your waist to the starting position.

    Basically, he's lifting a small amount and curling his torso to meet it.

  • Wow fucking mad. I curl 15 kg per arm, and It took a while to build up to that. Can't manage to surpass that yet. but I intend to keep going until I can do this :D thanks for the inspiration.
