Well yes and no. I have been double staffing like crazy lately so yes in that regard. As far as single staff goes I can perform with it and make it look good to a non-spinning audience but am pretty crap at contact. Unfortunately I am very biased toward starting moves on the left. I am beginning to break that though and can almost consistently keep it rotating hands free for 6 or more rotations before I need to grab ahold of it again.
