Nope. I gave it a thumbs down because it's a mere fraction of the whole speech isolated into a 1 minute video designed to make it look like he just made the claim and gave no evidence to back it up. That's on YouTube where videos up to 15 minutes can be uploaded. Which would have been more than enough time to upload the whole speech in which he goes on to give documented evidence from cited sources to back up his claim.
