  • fluoride is poisen!

  • My teeth have "acid wear" so bad, my first dentist knew immediately that I have a bad habit of swishing my soda around in my mouth. My second dentist thought I was bulimic, either way that's not good! LOL!

  • A choice between acid erosion and fluoride poisoning. Making choices couldn't be any easier in such a case.

  • @mrcss i have the same exact thing and it does worry be alot.....i use sensodyne enamel protector do u anything like that

  • Drink bleach then, it's an alkali.

  • Bananas are acidic????

  • I have acid wear on my upper front teeth but when i asked my dentist she was like dont worry its completely normal youll be fine, i dont trust her

  • how is this?

  • I'm glad that this information was helpful...at least in the future, you will better protect what ever enamel you have left from destruction

  • damn! i wish someone had told me that brushing your teeth after eating isnt a smart idea...my dentist was shocked when i showed him my teeth and asked him wtf i did wrong...tg it doesnt show when i smile so i dont have to keep my mouth shut all the time.

  • Rinse your mouth with baking soda to neutralize the acid after eating acidic food/drink!
