First Person in Line for iPad at Grove Los Angeles Apple Store Finally Emerges - Pat Fallis

Pat Fallis was the first in line and therefore the first to go into the Apple Store when it opened at 9 am -- yet he wasn't the first one out. Why?

Because the media people inside the store wanted to test out his iPad!

The mainstream reporters outside were ticked off that I was obstructing their cameras and access as he came out. They really wanted to talk to him!

His friend Robert Lee was with him in the store and his wife Mary kept him company in line from very early in the morning when it was still dark out.
