Seth Shostak interviews stars of "2001: A Space Odyssey"

Seth Shostak, SETI astronomer, interviews Keir Dullea ("Dave Bowman") and Gary Lockwood ("Frank Poole"), the stars of "2001: A Space Odyssey". We were at Spacefest 2009, a meeting for space aficionados.

I got to hang with Keir and Gary for quite a bit of time, swapping stories and basically cracking each other up. It was an incredible, amazing thing.

I had the privilege of meeting these Gentlemen here at Sci-Fi '10 here in Tulsa. True pros, very approachable. I was amazed how down-to-earth these legends were. Look forward to next years convention.
