  • "Over a year/year and a half, people start to notice the battery doesn't last very long, .... blah blah blah....." Ridiculous. Apple was kind enough to use some of the crappiest lithium Ion batteries in existence... I actually have a cell phone I bought BEFORE I bought my first IPod that I still use for an alarm clock (because it's LOUD,) and the battery still lasts 5-6 days. Meanwhile, I had THREE IPod batteries fail in the first two years, and two IPod's simply DIE! I gave up...
