@unencumberedfiddler Well then I am on the West coast and if that is the case,more power to him and I hope he becomes more and more an agent of positive change for our sinking ship.We need help,all of us.I hope he rises to national leadership soon.Thanks ;)

@justcallmeassinine Actually, Congressman Crowley does quite a bit of charity work, not all of which is partisan. He recently played traditional celtic music for an initiative to promote leadership and charity work among young people. Some people are more effective in motivating others to action. I think Crowley is one of those rare politicians who is out there promoting causes --- not just his name. He has a high satisfaction rating because he works for his constituents -- and everyone else

I love it how the elected reps spend all their spare time ........ getting their name out there ! Before I die I would like to see one politician feed the poor,attend to the terminally ill,do some sort of charity work that did not involve blowing up their egos and fan base even moe.We have no sense of right and wrong in the USA.That being said his politics sound good,but he is a crowd pleaser. Where are the dedicated professsionals today ? Gone.
