A 19 pound snapping turtle was outfitted with the National Geographic Society's crittercam and set free to film Keeney Cove, Connecticut adjacent to the Connecticut River. This snapper headed straight for a tangled bank of roots but the crittercam stayed on long enough for "Larissa" to film some large bass and a few other local residents.

  • Large Mouth Bass. That is on Point road

  • When it crawled under the thick weeds, I could almost understand why snapping turtles would feel safe there. The cover was complete and dark.

  • this is sick
