Don't know about you guys, but my enemies are placed differently here, further from the stair. Also, I get 555 souls per grind, instead of 300.

if you play a bandit you can two hand the battleaxe and one hit EVERYTHING.

which means you can get souls much faster in taht area :P

@tweeny69 if you want a better way go up the ladder at this bonfire pop up on the bridge and agro the dragon then run back down and you get 300 souls. drop down and repeat.

if you have the drake sword go to the bonfire near the parish where the merchant is directly below..nearly 1000 per grind..............in that area takes me 3 minutes and 20 seconds per grind

Im contemplating killing that merchant lol He drops Uchigatana but those Lloyd Talismans are useful for pvp.

Have these spells with the 16 attunement I have: fireball, fire orb, power within, and iron flesh. These are good for range and for melee purposes. This is advice to those that aren't sure what to do for battle-mages. Gl! And have fun!

For those casters: I started as a pyromancer, I am currently a battle-Mage since you only have a LIMITED amount of casts. I have 18 DEX and 28 STR, along with 16 intelligence. I am currently using a "gravelord's sword +2" in my main hand, "pyromancy hand +8" in main, with a "green crescent shield" with "dark gold hemmed" set. This is working effectively since I do 300 dmg per swing with one hand. I often use my "lightning spear +2" to kill mobs since my sword is a bit slow, but still usable. I
