national lottery must have some kind of system for choosing the numbers. i don't believe it is random. I personally think that every ticket purchased the numbers are stored in a computer database with data that is linked to the machine that draws the balls. From the data the computer chooses a set of numbers that have been chosen by very few individuals. I just get the feeling that if you live in America you can win the lottery no matter what colour you are or your background. The English lottery seems to choose White, middle class couples. Very rare for an ethinic minority to win big or a single parent. Even where I live in London it's always people in the more well to do boroughs that win. Never East end.

Folks, here in California, one every ten draw has one # that match the date of the draw.Also 12 & 31, 13 & 32, 11 & 33 come quite often.If 5 regular #s are low, then power-ball # tend to be high, and vice versa.
