The footage for the keyboard cat (or should I say "CHIboard cat" lolno) is from "Chi's New Address." You can watch the whole thing for free on Crunchyroll: http://www.crunchyroll.com/chis-sweet-home It's a bit cutesy and not for everyone, but if you've ever owned a cat I dare you not to get a kick out of it. Also the episodes are only like three minutes long so it never overstays its welcome.

The Dragon Ball footage comes from the movie "Dragon Ball: Path to Power," which retells parts of the original Dragon Ball story with GT-style animation. Also it's got a forest speeder chase sequence ripped almost shot-for-shot from Return of the Jedi, except that Goku is on kinto'un instead of a speeder bike. So yeah.
