A medley of two Swedish hymns, Jag har hört om en Stad ovan molnen/ Närmare Gud till dig which translates into "I have heard of a city above the clouds" describing what Heaven is going to be like and the other being "Nearer my God to Thee."

English Translation:
I have heard of a city over the clouds
above the Earth, above the earth
