"Safety Dance" - Multi-fandom HD vid edited with Corel VideoStudio X3

I edited this in a demo of Corel VideoStudio X3, which I really like, by the way. It was relatively quick and easy. And my point in making this video (other than it was fun) was to show that all these shows are available in HD! I did it, you can too. The quality will look similar to this video in most software, including Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, iMovie, and even Windows Movie Maker can do good quality (I have a sample vid and tutorial link for WMM on my other channel at elvirasweeneyvids).

Tech data: Edited with HD quality MJPEG AVI files. I sometimes converted MKV files to MJPEG AVI, sometimes the transfer was: MKV to ProRes LT (done on my Mac) to MJPEG, some clips (like the "dance" scene from The Vampire Diaries) were converted straight from MKV to MJPEG AVI (using Any Video Converter) but then it had to be converted AGAIN to MJPEG AVI because VideoStudio (or any Windows editing app) doesn't recognize the MJPEG AVI made by Any Video Converter. But I think the quality holds up fairly well.

Why MJPEG AVI? The editing is smoother (I can see my editing "real time" in VideoStudio) and there is no crashing due to trying to edit compressed codecs. Quality is better.

@HeathDances Thanks Heather! No, I don't watch Gossip Girl, though I know it's got a big following. I picked clips from several fandoms that I know are popular. Gossip Girl looks tempting, but I'm still behind in catching up with Prison Break and 24, I can't take on any more shows right now! LOL. And yes, I love the 80s songs too!
