@alexc475 : Some cases will respond well to what you have mentioned; unluckily others will not, because the problem is not the fat, but the male mammary gland, which is increased in mass and size: these will require surgery. Thanks for your comment.

The flat chest appearance after the operation is quite ugly. If they wanted to reduce the size they should have just taken a bit of the fat off not make their chest so flat a small male "breast" is more appealing and natural.
