I wrote this song while sitting on a train... we sometimes feel that the grass is greener in somebody else's yard... and we often want to be somewhere other than where we are now... and that's perfectly normal. It's called "dreaming". Everyone does it. And that (to me) is what the song "Over the Rainbow" was all about.

I see you in the crowd
Drowning slowly
Loneliness won't keep this pressure down
And you are far across the other side of town
And we can't keep up
The pace is just too hard
Who you are astounds me so
That you're all alone
Could you take me somewhere I can be with you...
Under the sun
Over that rainbow the skies are blue
And any little dream you dare to dream comes true
Take me away
On the other side the fields are green
A whole new world I've never seen
Things are moving fast
Turning back
Looking at the world I wish I had
And you're there
The one thing that I ask for in my prayers
And we can't give up
Our dreams that could come true
I'm with you
I'm still here if you need me there
Could you take me somewhere I can be with you...
Under the sun
Over that rainbow the skies are blue
And any little dream you dare to dream comes true
Take me away
On the other side the fields are green
A whole new world I've never seen
My angel in the sunshine...
So bright...
SO chill. :D <3
