Benjamin Koetz is an Exploitation Engineer for ESA's Earth Observation programme, developing new applications for images taken of the Earth. Here Benjamin talks about how he came to work at ESA following his studies in Earth Observation, and the importance of having management and communication skills as well as scientific background in his field of work.
