I would think that is a bit weak, because my level 22 hunter hits around the same as that using a gigush (a stronger version of the sword), and weapons that hit multiple targets are usually weaker. But maybe a hunter just hits higher?

it says in the game that hunters r stronger than ranger, but rangers r good with guns, hunters r good with swords and sabars
