I agree, people are way too sensitive about everything. So many people are always claiming to be "offended". Drives me crazy.

Cutlery IS better for their designed rolls. A fork for picking up food, a knife for cutting food and a spoon for scooping food, IS better than two sticks. It's not "bigoted" to say that.

Years ago I was at a Chinese restaurant and was just learning to use chopsticks and asked the Chinese waiter if I was holding them correctly. After he showed me the proper way I asked him how he held them. His response? I prefer to use a fork.

We are too oversensitive in this country. Many countries despise what we stand for here in America and yet we lie on their beaches and spend our money at their vacation spots.

By the way, I'm European and my wife is Asian.
