Heavy Barrel - Gameplay

Heavy Barrel is an overhead action game for the NES from Data East. Sorry about the end folks, I had to cut a little.

The game isn't the most difficult though with a one hit/you're dead aspect a stray shot or enemy rush can do you in.

If you are wondering why I stop and toss grenades ahead, well I find this is the best way for me to go about the levels. Red grenades absolutely rule and are far more common than firepower upgrades, I find. They're there to use in other words! =)

About upgrades, you need to get keys from the red enemies. These allow you to open one box each.

About the Heavy Barrel (which I do acquire in this video) you must use it until the energy drains once it is assembled. Major bummer dudes, I know, but it is a most righteous weapon while you have it.

This game was released on Arcade Classics Data East on Wii. But man, That game sucks, Alot of great games but no music in certain parts, and the screens are really small.
