Clashes outside Egypt's presidential palace

Egyptian police have fired tear gas at opposition protesters demonstrating against Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi's drive to hold a snap referendum on a controversial draft charter, as the country plunges deeper into crisis. Live television footage showed that some protesters broke through police lines and got too close to the presidential palace. Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports.

The only restriction on firearms i would be willing to support would be to ban access to guns for people who were "certified mentally insane". Thats it nothing more than that. No limit to magazine capacity or anything else.

I think you need to reread my post before you continue regurgitating your pent-up rage. As stated, there's no reason to ban any kind of gun. I actually don't even want ARs restricted, since I'm an avid shooter. That DOESN'T mean they shouldn't be harder to buy. They need to not be so fruitfully available, especially with so little legal intervention.

I don't want criminals and mental fucks to buy guns. If you consider that "banning," just go to the beach and walk into the ocean.
