Here I am again, thinking about Gustav, and hoping this time everyone takes their pets, as FAMILY MEMBERS. Pets are not casual "things." They DEPEND ON THEIR PEOPLE TO PROTECT THEM, and get them out BEFORE horror strikes! I was watching this just now, and one of my cats,Indio, saw me crying, and jumped up, and was clinging to me, licking my tears away. You think they don't care? Cats are "aloof"? They are not.They are how you treat them. GOD BLESS ALL THE KATRINA KITTIES.I'm in NYC.
