  • @MellowCruisin try waking up 5 or 6 in the morning with a full scheduled day, being constantly on the move and see if you can crash before 11:30. unless you already have a schedule that would interfere with that, i would say it should make you sleep like a baby.

  • try melatonin people. i know it's not the ultimate cure for sleeping disorders or may not be as strong as prescription meds (which pose risks in themselves) but it is a natural supplement and can help regulate normal sleeping patterns.

  • insomnia sucks it drives me nuts sometimes -- it can last for days then it right itself

  • @VictorianVampriss hello V It probably is stress. Ive had it too. see a doctor and hopefully you can go on a stress reliever like lexapro. It does help. Have you also tried sleep aides? Bob

  • I can't tell if I consider my case insomnia... I can't put myself to sleep anytime before 11:30 usually, even after it takes a while. I am constantly drowsy and falling asleep the next day too.

  • @VictorianVampriss hey mane its like some smoke bud others exercise the best thing u can to is try to get very relaxed and close your eyes and stretching just waste needless energy in a positive form and it might also help on this stress thing to mane just a suggestion

  • im fourteen, i havnt slept in almost a week, i dont know whats going on...i think it may be from stress...but what do i do, it hasnt bothered my mother because i dont go to school, so i dont really think i should ask her...oh and this is something that happens every week apart, its worrying me alot.
