Description:

This interactive FMV adventure has an all-star cast including Scott Cohen, Christopher Walken, Ossie Davis, Karen Allen, David Patrick Kelly, Burgess Meredith, John Rhys-Davies, Paul Giamatti, and Jimmie JJ Walker. The game also features music from the Blue Oyster Cult.

It is Manhattan in the year 2040. You are Jake Quinlan, an ace reporter for the Virtual Herald; a daily cyberspace-distributed newspaper. In this time of mind-blowing technologies, no one would have expected anything like this to happen. They would have never anticipated that the Ripper would return over 150 years later, but he did, better than ever, eviscerating his victims and leaving no trace of his presence or method.

This is a one of a kind FMV Adventure game that should not be missed.

I played through Under a Killing Moon several times from start to finish, but I never managed to get anywhere in Ripper X(

I played both without guides though, hell, that was so long before common internet access, guides weren't even an option D:

frankly, i think this would make a good film!

this game had such a great concept but it was ruined by ridiculous vr gimmicks and stupid puzzels. still worth playing for the acting but only barely
