This is from 1980 or so, from a particularly good Fridays show. Devo was introducing their New Traditionalist album, and the Transphibians skit was a great warmup for the audience.
I have no idea if instrumental bridge to "Jerkin' Back and Forth" is recorded elsewhere. It vaguely sounds like something from "Freedom of Choice".
Apologies for the quality - it's only slightly better than something I saw posted recently. Too bad ABC doesn't have a searchable archive of these things.

That's also the NuTra Theme performed at the beginning of their New traditionalists shows! A rare example of a lost tune!!

The intrumental piece is called the "Nutra Theme." They played it at the beginning of their New Traditionalist shows, and it usually lead into the song "Going Under."
