@HopeForPeaceNow well any real militia is in place to uphold the constituton of the united states and the state wherein that militia is organized.So if the militia is attacking the government, that would be indicitive of the government no longer belonging to we the people and is in direct vulgar violation of the rights of the people and the state, so then the military also being sworn to uphold the constitution should side on that of the upholding party.

Being Nobama said that NDAA law won't be used during his presidency and lets just say he gets re-elected or the election is rigged then I'm guessing the prez after Nobama will be the one to use the drones on the American public.

I think the indefinite detention of Americans applies to those who won't give up their arms and the 30,000 unmanned drones will be used to enforce against those who won't give up their arms.
