If you have 3 people rob a bank and you convict them all of robbing the bank, it doesnt mean the hypothetical german, the jew and the chinese guy are less guilty than each other.

Cointel want to make vicious and hateful rhetoric so that its a poison pill to radicalize and make the movement unpalatable.

They are coming into the middle of our party - A party of all races working together, and poisoning the punchbowl.
