  • I made it today and it was slightly moist. Am I supposed to get that? It taste good though.

  • @shilz all you need to do is add more icing sugar and beat until you get the consistency you want and need to spread on your cake or cupcakes. Sometimes you'll need to add a drop more milk, sometimes you need to add a bit more sugar. It's not exact measurements and changes depending on the moisture in the air, your ingredients, your measuring, etc. Glad it tasted good!

  • What can I use to substitute buttermilk? Is milk okay?

  • @shilz you can use sour milk: just add about two teaspoons of lemon juice (or vinegar) to a measuring cup and then add enough milk to make up the quantity required (2/3 cup) and let it sit for a few minutes while you prepare the rest of the cake. it will work just fine. hope that helps. enjoy!

  • can u use normal sugar instead of icing sugar?

  • @islam123able for the frosting in this particular recipe you should use icing sugar....it will give a nice, smooth icing.

  • Banana lovers are so often surprised by this cake 'cause they think there's only banana bread. You do great videos. So refreshing to see a cook actually concentrating on the food instead of posing like a bimbo! Thanks for sharing with us-

  • can i use regular sugar?
