Friday February 26 1993, brought the first terrorist attack to the US and New York City. A truck bomb exploded in an underground parking garage in the World Trade Center. I responded with my camera and recorded what was to be the largest response of FDNY to an alarm to that date. No digital photography at the time, just film and the darkroom. I shot about 10 rolls to record history...today with digital, I would have shot at least 10,000 frames.
Great video. FDNY has a awesome department. 61 Engines, 51 ladder trucks with all 5 squads and other various tactical support units responed.
