Unfortunately none of my friends are into this sort of thing.

Is there anywhere where the world still goes something like this, or has the passion for music completely drained out of this selfish country?
If there is a place, tell me so I can move there.
I am so sick of over processed people just trying to make money and cool songs.

The melody of that song that Rodney sings sounds very much like his "Till I Can Gain Control Again"--not the choruses but the verses.

Nashville in the sixties and seventies was, for singer songwriters, what being in Paris during the Twenties was for Hemingway and F.Scott.

Not to mention this is Steve's song.

Gram was dead by this time, and wasn't really a part of this Nashville scene. He was better known, living in LA and hanging with the Stones.
