@cherishtherepublic A grill op that can fly solo for a thousand dollar shift is a Master Grill Operator. I hit that when i worked St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and Clearwater Beach, Egg cheese wheat plate on two, make one ham scattered well smothered and covered, the other is sausage scattered covered chunked diced and topped hold the pickle :-)

Thats not really that fast. A good grill op can do $1200-plus by him/herself on first shift.

waffle house cooks r required to put their full potential into cooking fast. the food has to be cook in less then 8 minutes to maximize the profit and satisfaction of the customer

he isnt a cook... he is a grill op. there is a difference apparently... as a wh waitress myself we get fussed at when we call our grill ops cooks *shrugs* dunno why
