It's a standard term for "Medical Evacuation", despite it's obvious abreviation, was determined by ICAO itself..
Google it if u don't know what that is.

odaysailor: Wind or no wind that ship was never smooth. It's one of the older BK's around and last I was flying in it it had no stabilization assistance. If I recall correctly its serial number was #14, so rather old. Originally owned by Colgate-Palmolive hence the CP in the tail number.
