can AMY sake be mixed whit something?as far as my japanese studies go, i have yet to find this out.has anyone ever tried it?(the history of this is some alchol taste to storng by itself and is literly hard to swallow)can some one answer this for me?

I havent drank many sake's but my fav is this

what is ginjo sake? I've had Ty-Ku sake but I'm not sure if that is ginjo or regular..

ginjo is a type of sake which is a japanese drink high in alcohol which is usually served just a bit warmer than room temperature but ginjo is different as it is served chilled.

Beau your a pioneer! I saw the piece you did for chow obsessives and in the few minutes I sat watching you speak with such conviction about a drink with so much complexity created from a simple grain and manipulating yeast.. I was inspired by your pasion.
