Airrazor is the coolest.
-
Airazor is awesome!

That's not true; Terrosuar took a cheap shot at Airazor when she was trying to help Optimus. But even when she got shot, she was still able to catch him. In that same episode, she broke the sound barrier... if anyone was master of the air or sky, it was Airazor. She is one tough sexy CGI female Transformer

Dat voice.

Airazor shoot Terrosuar to pieces.

I always loved this part!

In any event, there's no evidence they were rescued or salvaged, or even thought about. At best, they're in statis, buried in the bowels of the Earth. So if they're not dead-dead, they're for-all-intents-and-purposes dead. Until Terrorsaur is resurrected.
The writers may have had in mind a way to "undo" it or whatever. But if they did, they never used it, leaving Terrorsaur and Scorponok where we last saw them - sinking into the lava (which was also used for disposal and threatening Maximals).

@Blazureokami The power of two Megatrons. Same reason his body mutated, same reason Optimus Primal's body mutated and voice changed. However it works, they made it clear during the show that possessing two sparks can result in unusual effects. Whether it was responsible or not for Megatron's survival, perhaps we can't be sure about, but it means there's an extra variable in the mix, some different circumstances, such that Megatron can't be used as a yardstick for Terrorsaur and Scorponok.
-
But they would have to actually be brought back. But they never were. As Megatron was dunked in the lava, he yelled "Nooo...". That doesn't sound like someone unafraid of such a bath. Either it was the spark (which is no less valid than G1 Prime's spark upgrading Optimus Primal) or he is inherently powerful enough to survive. Either way, it doesn't mean Terrorsaur or Scorponok were also powerful enough. It seems less valid for Megatron to fight with two men down if he could just pull them out.
-
@Blazureokami When Megatron was dunked into the lava, he was assumed to be dead by Tarantulas, and was stunned when Megatron came back reformatted, saying "you live?!". If Scorponok and Terrorsaur were not dead, there's no reason he would assume that the lava would be lethal. Them being dead by the lava doesn't stop the creators having a "trapdoor" to bring them back, per Dinobot and Optimus Primal's deaths. Being brought back doesn't mean they weren't dead; in fact it's kind of a prerequisite.
-
@Blazureokami Since he and Scorponok were never seen again, yet had no means of leaving the planet, it's a pretty safe bet. The Universe story resurrects several characters, including Optimus Primal, who died at the end of BM; Rhinox, dead by the second season of BM; and Depthcharge, whose bits floated to the surface after he confronted Rampage. So Terrorsaur's appearance in Universe doesn't mean he _didn't_ die. Megatron was supercharged by the spark of G1 Megatron at the time of his lava bath.
