Is this her new weight reduction routine? Naw...she's just looking for a way to get into the hayfield...and not too pleased that the gate is shut!

  • No, you don't have to cut it's mane short for any physical reason. It accentuates the black stripe in the middle which looks really cool. If you plan to show your Fjord then you might have to present it according to breed standards. Check the Norwegian Fjord Horse Registry and the Canadian Fjord Horse Association for rules. When the mane is sculpted properly it visually minimizes faults and maximizes the horse's good points.

  • for a fjord horse do u HAVE to cut its main short? cause i have one thats 7 months old and mostly every fjord has its main cut short. so i want to know if i have to do that to mine to
