And 7 months later BlueHippo is still a scam, Has had numerous complaints filed against them, been sued and had to settle with MD for Millions. Do you really want to get a computer from these people? No I thought not.

I'm black myself and I fix PCs, laptops, printers, servers, plotters and network for a living. I don't appreciate comments like that, but I digress. I don't have the greatest credit in the world, but they are a rip-off. For $40/week for 12 weeks about three months, you can buy a better PC for that and/or build one for less than the $2000+ BlueHippo will charge you.

Color and credit aside, if one knows where to look and saves their money, you can buy better PCs elsewhere cheaper. The local repair shops, Best Buy, Circuit City, the manufacturer directly, even the rent-to-own places will sell the PCs they reposessed cheaper than this. There is EBay as well, as a lot of companies auction off excess PCs or they are liquidated and a lot of them are even still under warranty and still cheaper than BlueHippo.
