Heart of Me, Marisa Handler

I call this song my "love song to the universe" because I wrote it with no specific person in mind, but rather in homage to that which Rainer Maria Rilke called "the one who is coming, who has been approaching from all eternity, the one who will someday arrive, the ultimate fruit of a tree whose leaves we are."
