  • This iron rings training needs professional instructions from Sifus. If we train this unmethodically, we'll be likely to get sickness.

  • @zhihuizeng if you train properly (movements originating from the elbow) than you won't have to use your arm muscle...but of course the kid in this video is over doing...you can see him even using his shoulders to lift up his arms

    after you fully understand & mastered your stance and want to advance it to a further level. you begin to where a weight vest...those arm rings are basically the same idea...but the kid clearly is a beginner trying to do what only advanced students should be doing

  • bullshit...wingchun don't train this way....if u train this way...u are nt training or strenthening ur wrist.....u only build some stupid arm or bicep muscles which i will rather do push ups to gain

    你看他多少歲,根骨發育好了沒有?你有沒有看到他一邊打,身子一­邊左遙右擺,他有用到良好的姿勢結構去負重嗎?他只是兩膊苦苦支­撐著鐵環而已,長期練下了,傷了關節,影響將來發展的可能性,這­不叫誤人子弟?你連這都看不出來,你這個武盲,迷信吃得苦就練到­好功夫,你的邏輯只適合耕田!!

  • 宗師葉問都有用這個方法練拳,不過看來不太適合小朋友,所以還是­先打好根基,這種進階方法還是長大後才練吧!
