yeah try leaning against a wall, and keep your elbows close to your body. It will be more difficult.

@cowbucs your arms should remain in the same place,only your forearms should be moving up and down. If you can't do this, then lighten your weight

Nice muscle base on the biceps. Screw the people who just diss you, not cool. for form try not moving any part of the body except the biceps (no swinging either),. You can swing near the end if exhausted for some cheat reps but try to keep it to a minimum.

NICE GUNS-congrats! Your form was good for the most part-started to move a little too much during the last two reps but it happens to me too when I'm squeezing the out ;) One other thing I was gonna add is when you lower your arms don't do it so fast. Try doing it a little slower, with more control. It will help even more. Once again-nice guns, good luck and keep it up! X
