thats the best way to respond. in addition we should consider at the same time that without samia, tahia, and all the other egyptian jems of that time there would be no Sadie, Jilina or ANY western dancers for that matter. Her dance captures me like very few modern dancers do! Her "flow" is incredible. But these comments...I'm not egyptian, not even from the ME, but if I was I would feel offended... the nerve of all these foreign people telling an egyptian legend how to dance, and comparing her to modern, american, dancers :/ it's just a different style, people...Not everything is about technique, there are more important things!

just look at the dancers as Sadi who in the art, they have removed all the charm, sensuality and mystery of this dance, they are more technical than most of their own soul
