When I was a kid growing up in Kinshasa in the 70s this song used to play a lot. We loved our zairean music but always had room for other stuff. I had no idea what Bella Bellow was saying but the emotion was so heart felt. Vive la musique africaine, trop de souvenirs.

This song used to scare the soul out of me when I was a kid because it was linked to death in my brain. I like when she said, We are in God's hands so He is the only one who really knows about our life. Also I like when she said: Slowly, we will get home. These two sentences means so do much! RIP.
