this battle is difficult but i used luke as a bait and Tear Jade and Anice made to use only artes and this battle came out smoothly :P

first you talk to emperor peony and then you talk to to tritheim or something in daath

yeah, nebilim has 320,000 hp... but when you beat her, i think you either go to sheridan or grand chokmah... maybe keterburg, one of those cities, and you talk so someone or something then everytime you use a nebilim weapon the stats up, so after a while of using it they can have the best stats
