"Al Pacino is an icon of American film. He has created some of the great characters in the movies--from Michael Corleone to Tony Montana to Roy Cohn. His career inspires audiences and artists alike, with each new performance a master class for a generation of actors to follow. AFI is proud to present him with its 35th Life Achievement Award." - Sir Howard Stringer, chair, AFI Board of Trustees

  • When Sean's threatening to reveal the story and then says he won't you see Al sit back down like he was about to rush the stage and tackle him.

  • @thewhorocks89 5? Al Pacino deserves about 20. Hell forget the nomination process don't even watch the movie. you hear about him in starring in one and you give him the oscar.

  • i love it when the godfather clip starts, and it just goes dead silent

  • i keep thinking when's michelle pfeiffer gonna show up? 'cause their chemistry in both scarface and frankie and johhny just tops everyone else's! imo, michelle's the only gal who can really keep up with him. so idunno, was she even invited?

  • andy you are serious actor go my men

  • andi garcia loves al from the bottom of his heart...what a great duo!

  • @zappascum god yes HBO movies are the best. he did a great job on that one

  • Al Pacino is the best. He still gives us brilliant performances both on film and stage after over 40 years in the buisness & wins big awards like golden globe emmy etc.. If "You dont know jack" had been a theatrical movie, I'm sure he would have won an oscar. HE DESERVE IT!
