@IFironfingers if it's about your wife and children and so you can not run, then prepare to be dead in order to give them time to run. That's the only honest choice anybody has against a knife. Unless you count on your opponent to be really slow and stupid. Which may happen, but that has nothing to do with any flying roundhoues

This video was part of a series put out by Paul Vunak by Panther Videos back in the 90's. Each tape was alot longer. This was only a PORTION of one of the tape in the series.

He clearly said at min 1:36, "if your're going to do anything that's what your going to do" meaning in absence of anything else to save yourself. But if you can, preferably run, hide or fly (figuritively speaking of course). In other words, if are able to get away run unless danger or harm is unavoidable, then try to defend yoursel. However, this particular video does not portray nor give us any lesson against a knife attack. I guess we need to look elsewhere.
