Claymore is the way humans refer to them as, Claymores, silver-eyed warriors, who are half human and half demon, they fight against demons, they have certain limits they must not surpass or they'll turn into an Awakened Being, a powerful demon basically. It's really an interesting anime, I enjoyed it, first anime i've enjoyed in a good long while
