  • You can learn so much on YouTube, I've learned how to fly a commercial airliner, perform simple surgery, and gotten my doctrine in quantum physics, all by spending a few hours on YouTube.

  • I learnt how to fly #awesome

  • The sort of forecasting better suited to those who spend the day outdoors. No disrespect to the desk jockeys intended , but even if you have windowed office it's difficult to take note of the sky over head. Great video thanks for taking the time to make it.

  • @nitrofkcirtap But isn't seeing what type of front is coming by observing the types of clouds approaching, predicting what kind of front is coming? The vid creator didn't make any claims that this was comprehensive weather forecasting & while this could be explored in depth more, your accusation of misleading is in-itself misleading, IMO. The scienctific explanation of WX fronts is nice to know, but not really important when what all U want to know is what sort of WX is approaching.

  • i dont get it

  • @nitrofkcirtap i have met people predicting weather for more than 2 weeks just by looking at the clouds. They have practiced it from a long time....

  • I have watched this video and there is a lot of missleading information. How do I know this, because I am an actual meteorolgist. Yes indeed you can somewhat see what type of front is coming just by looking at what type of clouds, how ever you cannot predict the weather just by looking at clouds, there is a lot more to it than that. Also a cold front by definition is, "the leading edge of an advancing cold air mass" and warm front is "the trailing edge of a retreating cold air mass".

  • amazing observations sir!!!

  • Thanks for the great video Geoff =)

  • "Mackerel Sky! Rain near-by!" Somehow I can't get that outta my head now lol. Great video. Best cloud type education video on youtube!

  • bloody hell!! I think people like sailors are SO COOL! I love the sea and the sky and u all ♥!!
