This is one of the first of many P90X Recipe Videos.
Pizza Bagels
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Bagel
4 Tablespoons Pasta Sauce
1/4- 1/3 cup of Part-Skim shredded Mozzarella
(1 Carb,1 Dairy,1/3 Vegetable)
Steps:
1.Put pasta sauce and cheese on both halves of the whole wheat bagel
2.Put in oven @ 350degrees for 10-15 minutes
3.Top with favorite spice
4.Enjoy

Another thing you can do is add Turkey Pepperoni, maybe cut up a bit for pizzas of this size. They have 70% less fat then normal pepperoni.
