The reason why this scene is so damn sad (and yes, I admit it. I cried too, I even cry now little bit) is because Dr Cocks is this really strong person, who always has more strength then any other characters in this show. And thats why it is so sad to see him go like that, I mean imagine it, if that kind of a guy cries, imagine how would you feel as a weaker guy. Whoa

I think the saddest scene is in My ABC's, at the end when the guy with cancer dies and his wife and kid are saying good bye. And this one. Dr. Cox is my favorite character. :3

the music is fantasic, the acting is awesome, the intensity of the scene, even the camera movement, makes this scene so powerfull. you trully feel for dr.cox. i loved it at the end when he loses it and at that moment the music gets louder and the whole scene exlodes with emotion. this show has alot to affer.
