Ive was using muscle confusion before I even heard about P90x or Insanity. I was just using those as examples. But I completely understand what you mean. People will pin their hope on anything they hear that is "Cutting edge." But it is always good to switch up the workouts. It makes things harder for you. Give you more of a challenge if you are not used to what you are doing all the time.

@rockbodyfitness Yes, what's wrong with that? You post a vid and lots of ppl told u that it was wrong but you never listen. Still think it's a right way to lunges? well. suit yourself.

Could you do insanity and lift weights? I only lift about 3 times a week and don't want to give it up.

So you do the same thing every week....the reason why Insanity, and P90x are so successful is a little something called Muscle Confusion. Wich is non-existant in your routine, good that you got those results and all but, someone who needs guidence, this is not for them.

@CommonWealth92 muscle confusion is a marketing farce. it's successful because of diet and exercise. that's it

When doing Lunges your form is incorrect.
If people with bad knees follow your form they'll fuck up their knees even more.
Overall Kettle bells are awesome for working out.
